A Mindfulness Workshop aiming to achieve the stillness of mind based on a methodology of physical practice, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation.

The core objective of this Workshop is to develop the basis of meditation techniques for each participant. Aiming to create a healthier body and mind and in turn directly impacts both your personal lifestyle and professional workplace by adding calmness and deeper vision into your daily routines.
